Shipping policy
Free shipping on qualifying orders
Free shipping applies to orders over USD 19.00+. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on courier timelines and destination.
Returns policy
30-day returns on unopened products
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days from delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
How to return merchandise
When returning merchandise to C CARE Beauty, please follow the steps below. Our team will guide you through confirmation and next steps.

Send an email to cs@ccarebeauty.com and include your order number.

Share your reason for the return
Let us know why you are returning the item so we can assist you quickly.

Receive return confirmation
If your return request falls within the allowed time frame, C CARE will email you back to confirm your return.

Pack your items securely
Wrap the package securely before shipping. Bubble wrap or packing peanuts are preferred to protect the product in transit.

Send us your tracking number
Once your return package has shipped, email cs@ccarebeauty.com with the tracking number so we can monitor its progress.
